1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the xbdjee website at xbdjee.net, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager through the xbdjee platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in full. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access the xbdjee platform in any capacity.
xbdjee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms & Conditions will always be accessible on this page. Continued use of the xbdjee platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version and any translated version of these terms, the English version shall prevail.
2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to and use of the xbdjee platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
- You are aged 18 years of age or older at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
- You are accessing the xbdjee platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of xbdjee, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
- You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from the xbdjee platform.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
- You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

Geographic Restrictions
xbdjee primarily serves players located in Bangladesh. 3.3 Account Security

You must not share your login details with any third party. xbdjee will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access arose from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify xbdjee immediately via support at xbdjee.net if you become aware or suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
xbdjee is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification as part of its commitment to responsible gaming and platform integrity. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:
- A valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
- Proof of residential address (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement issued within the past three months)

5.3 Bonus Abuse
xbdjee operates a strict policy against bonus abuse. Activities that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once; using betting patterns designed specifically to exploit bonus wagering requirements without genuine recreational play intent; colluding with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes. xbdjee reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close the accounts of players found to be engaging in bonus abuse.
5.4 VIP Programme
The xbdjee VIP Programme operates across five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. VIP tier progression is based on cumulative activity points earned through real-money play. Points are calculated automatically and updated weekly. 6. User Obligations
As a registered player on the xbdjee platform, you agree to the following obligations throughout the duration of your account:
- You will provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration and will promptly update your account details should any information change.

7. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xbdjee platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:
- Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or submitting forged documentation during the KYC process.
- Money Laundering: Using the xbdjee platform to launder proceeds of criminal activity or to facilitate any transaction connected to money laundering or terrorist financing.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other competitive game format available on the xbdjee platform.
- Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment reversals through your payment provider in respect of deposits made to your xbdjee account. Any player who initiates a chargeback will have their account suspended pending investigation.

8. Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 Closure by Player
You may request the closure of your xbdjee account at any time by contacting the support team at support at xbdjee.net. Upon receiving a closure request, xbdjee will process the closure within 5 business days. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of closure, after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements, will be returned to your verified payment method.
8.2 Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to restrict their own access to the xbdjee platform for responsible gaming reasons may apply for self-exclusion at any time. Self-exclusion options — including temporary cooling-off periods and permanent self-exclusion — are accessible directly from the account settings dashboard following xbdjee Login. A self-exclusion request takes effect within 24 hours of submission. 8.3 Suspension or Closure by xbdjee

In the event of account closure by xbdjee due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, any balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, xbdjee reserves the right to forfeit the account balance in its entirety.
8.4 Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months or more. xbdjee reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of ৳200 per calendar month to dormant accounts until either the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player. Players will receive advance written notice before any inactivity fee is applied. Account reactivation can be completed at any time by logging in via the xbdjee Login page.
